Who am I
My name is Klemens. I was born in Warsaw, Poland. Throughout my childhood, I was an introverted kid who spent most of my time at home playing video games and watching movies.
At the age of 15, I moved to Tbilisi, Georgia, where I spent my teenage years. Moving at such a young age forced me out of my comfort zone. Adapting to a new culture and being surrounded by people from different backgrounds completely changed my outlook on life. I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to attend an international school with teachers who truly opened our minds and encouraged us to think beyond what we already knew. From that point on, I developed a desire to explore the unknown.
When I was 20, I took another leap of faith and moved to Miami with little more than hope and curiosity. It was there that I discovered a deep passion for creating visuals.
The seed of creativity had been planted long before. My parents introduced me to art galleries, films with deeper meaning, and the history of art from an early age. Looking back, I realize those experiences shaped the way I see the world and the way I approach photography today.
My life purpose is to inspire others, that is why I love creating photos and films. I love to see pure emotions of another person after they see their own portrait. Documenting the human experience as is, without illusions is what street photography and portraits specifically allow me to do. Being able to tell a story about a place, a person or a time by a single frame is something incredible.
